Shipping
Everything is made to order. We don't hold stock. When you place an order, your item goes into production — that takes 2 to 7 business days — and then ships. Transit is typically another 3 to 5 business days within the US.
So: roughly 5 to 12 business days from order to doorstep. Multi-item orders may arrive in more than one package if they're produced at different facilities.
Shipping is included in our prices. There's no surprise at checkout.
You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the facility.
Returns
If we got it wrong, we fix it. Wrong item, wrong size sent, a printing defect, or damage in transit — email ghostlink@ghostlinkapparel.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll reprint it or refund it. You won't pay return shipping.
If the size isn't right, check the size guide first — every product page lists the actual garment measurements. Because each item is printed for you individually, we can't restock returns, so we handle sizing exchanges case by case. Get in touch and we'll sort something out.
What we can't take back: items that have been worn or washed.
Cancellations and changes: email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll almost always catch it before production starts. After that it's likely already printed.
Lost or delayed
If tracking hasn't moved in 7 days, email us. We'll chase it.
