Shipping policy
How our shipping works
Every Ghostlink item is made to order. We hold no stock. When you place an order it enters production, and only then is your item printed or embroidered.
- Production: 2–7 business days
- Transit within the US: 3–5 business days
- Total: roughly 5–12 business days from order to doorstep
Orders containing multiple items may ship in more than one package if they are produced at different facilities. Each package is tracked separately, and you are not charged extra for this.
Shipping cost
Shipping is included in our listed prices. There is no additional shipping charge at checkout.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order leaves the production facility. If tracking has not updated in 7 days, contact us and we will chase it.
Address accuracy
We ship to the address entered at checkout. If the address is wrong, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we can almost always correct it before production begins. Packages returned to sender because of an incorrect address can be reshipped at your cost.
International
Where international shipping is offered, any customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.
